Our Classes

  • RUN

    This class is designed for all abilities and levels. 45 minute interval run class with priority focus on form and your own effort on best in class Woodway Treadmills. Our coaches run with you, guiding and supporting you through each interval.

  • RESTORE

    Low impact endurance and strength building 45 minute incline walking class with sculpting flows utilizing body weight and optional dumbbells and ankle weights. For all skill levels. Perfect for those just getting back into their wellness routine - this class meets you where you're at. Restore builds strength and gently increases cardiovascular capacity. This class is also great for elite athletes craving lower impact movement for cross training.

  • STRENGTH

    One of our higher intensity offerings, our strength class is a 45 minute combination of our cardio equipment and mat strength work utilizing your body weight and dumbbells. This class focuses on form and our coaches perform the movements along side you, guiding you every step of the way.

  • RUN30+ LIFT

    This class has it all! We begin each class with a 30 minute interval run with priority focus on form and your own effort on best in class Woodway Treadmills. Our coaches run with you, guiding and supporting you through each interval. We close out each class on the floor with 15 minutes of strength and weights utilizing your body weight, dumbbells and mat (all provided). Our coaches always demo and perform the movements along side you, guiding you every step of the way.

OPEN GYM HOURS

Book the Open Gym time to utilize our weight room equipped with a Peloton bike, Rogue Olympic Weights (barbells and plates, dumbbells and kettlebells). Easily broadcast your favorite workouts to our TV, or stream from YouTube or other Apps via our Apple TV and Roku.

During the hours when classes are in session in the Main Studio (Mon-Fri 6am-10am), the weight room is available for 1 person for 1 hour sessions for Open Gym bookings. During the hours where classes are not in session, the entire facility (including equipment and space in the Main Studio - Woodway treadmills and Concept 2 ergs) will be available to book for up to 4 people for 1 hour sessions.
